The Journal of Decolonising Disciplines is an open access journal, dedicated to theoretical development in the fields of decoloniality and Indigeneity in Higher Education.

The Journal is an intellectual space that fosters and facilitates the decolonisation of all disciplines within Higher Education, in the context of South Africa, continentally and globally while aiming to address contemporary issues of curriculum changes in Higher Education.

The Journal of Decolonising Disciplines is dedicated to examining the relationality between education and society, revealing the dialectical relationship between the two and provides an intellectually unique space for the consideration of responsive and cutting-edge research related to education, society and decoloniality within the broader context of contemporary social issues.
