"Transforming institutional culture", a panel discussion at the University of Pretoria on 23 August 2016. Institutional culture is a slippery and hard-to-define concept. And yet, with all that slipperiness, all institutions have cultures that are ostensibly created to benefit both the institution and the people within them. But not all people do. What would it mean to transform the culture of an institution to serve all its people?
